How long is my reservation?

The boating reservations are for the day but can be extended with multiple reservations. With proper qualifications, members can extend their yacht outings overnight. Vacation destination stays are also overnight and adhere to the resorts check-out policies. Other luxury  services are detailed at the time of reservation.

By far the biggest question we get is:  How do I know that there is time available?

We only take a select number of  members each year and carefully monitor the overall usage level of the club.  We are so sure that we have a money back guarantee for the first 30 days on membership dues.

This is not a primary business for any of the club principals.  We built the club because we love boats, yachts and the beach lifestyle. We wanted to meet new people who shared our love for the water and built a club around high end leisure services.   

As a result, we attract people of the same mindset.  They love time with their families and the diversity the club offers.  Finally, we will certainly let you talk with our members as we know this is an important decision on how you build memories for your family.  Our membership directors will also share the online schedule with you with you at any time.

Who can I have on the boat or at the resort?

It is completely up to you. Share the club with family, friends, business acquaintances, and guests. 

What training is available?

We are here to help. Almost without exception our members come to us with lots of boating and yachting experience.  Members complete an online safety course and exam and are also vetted by an area captain to acquaint us with your skills and match you with the right membership program.  We will provide additional training for a nominal fee. Other members also readily step in to help  new members that want someone with more experience for an measure of security. Many friendships have started this way and the club is meant to be fun and not stressful.

Is insurance available when using the boats and yachts?

Yes. Vessels have different capabilities and therefore different insurance endorsements.   Members are verified risk through driver's license history, beacon scores and of course the on-the-water evaluation.

Is there a limit on the number of times a member can use a resource?

Generally No.  Most plans have unrestricted access to the resources in that group.  There are certain seasonal and corporate memberships that restrict resource access.
